Political Campaign Refund:
Receive a $75 refund for the first $75 you donate, $150 for a married couple. Only for those who are eligible to vote in Minnesota and individuals may only file one refund application per year. This program is designed to help level the playing field and boost campaigns like this one!
Note: The legal maximum donation is $1000 per individual per two-year cycle (2025-2026). If you are a married couple contributing more than $1000, please enter as two separate contributions. State law prohibits corporate contributions.
Political contributions are not tax deductible.
How to Complete Your Refund
To complete a refund, fill out the 2026 Form PCR, Political Contribution Refund Application. We will send you an official receipt, Form EP-3, that you should attach to that application before submitting. We aim to send out official receipts every two weeks.
